This note is designed to provide greater clarity on some aspects of the regeneration process and the work of Sectoral Working Groups (SWGs) in developing the Mark II Plan.

The Regeneration process we are involved in is unique. It is groundbreaking in many ways, including the mainstreaming of equality, embedding good relations and sustainability, the focus on deliverability, participation and inclusion and the commitment by many to prepare One Plan for the regeneration of Derry~Londonderry. Almost inevitably, issues do arise as to how we are going about this task.
