Start of Construction on Peace Bridge

It's great to see that work has started on the peace bridge! From the plans I have seen it looks amazing and should make a really positive impact on the city. The fact that it should be ready by Christmas is also great news. Hopefully this is the start of some long overdue redevelopment. Heres hoping!!

I heard on the radio a few complaints about the noise the builders are making, seems not everyone is so happy bout the bridge bein built! :)

FANTASTIC! This new bridge will open up the city centre and foster new initiatives. Pity there's no shelter areas provided on the structure for pedestrians.

Leo: I think its a decent idea and design. It's good bridge.

Sarah: I think the bridge is 'sweet' and will make it better for walking between the waterside and the city side.

David: I think its good, I like the design of the bridge based on the two hands accross the divide.

Louise: Its brilliant! It is very modern.

Jade: I'm looking forward to walking on it!
